The Expo

Five zones. One afternoon.

The Expo is organized around the same five pillars that guide everything Second Nature builds. Move through all five, or follow whatever calls to you first, ending, on purpose, with the quietest one.

On the main stage

Talks, a movement or breathwork session, and the day's announcements. The lineup is posted before the day.

Presented by Second Nature, alongside Breathe Yoga & Salt, CareTickets.org, and WWA Protection Group.

    Short talks and workshops on the ideas behind integrative and holistic health.

    Shared tables, community circles, and conversations with people doing the work alongside you.

Second Nature

Chapter one, not a stand-alone fair.

The Conscious Health Expo is the first public experience from Second Nature: a developing vision for a more connected approach to wellness. We believe caring for yourself should feel less fragmented and more natural, with movement, medicine, nourishment, recovery, community, and learning working alongside each other instead of in separate rooms.

This Expo is our first invitation to gather that community in one place.
